Why and what to enter:
If you want to get to simplicity on the far side of complexity you have to pay the price of discovering and intensifying your why. It is your personal, unique driving force anchored in a personal reason that has urgency and conviction and it must compel you forward and confront you to live it everyday. It must be that any day you are not living your why you realize you are stealing from those closest to you, to quote our great Dr Trent Shoemaker...
Start with your Operation name, fill in your core proficiency, and action steps and then go back and work on your why... SPEAK it on an audio recording of yourself in one sentence remembering less is much more with words and share your audio with the people closest to you and listen to their reflections of you. If they are touched by your words and feel your conviction you are in the ball park, if they feel it is more intellectual and not so much heart, stick with the process and keep speaking it over and over.
Once you have it enter the triangle parts and your AC coach and Dr Dean your heart coach will be notified and you both will converse on this together.
Giving stats and Getting Stats

The purpose of this section of your Magic of 1 triangle is to distinguish the difference in your stats.
Your giving stats are the stats that you INVEST IN... others. These are actions you take without focus on the outcomes. They are actions you take in your community to put truth out and to grow the new patients that come into your office.
