If you need to make a change in your membership type or for some reason need to discontinue your TLC coaching relationship, you must submit this request to us in writing, via fax or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not honor phone messages or texts as official notices. Your membership change will be effective on the date your recurring monthly payment is due. Your request will be processed 3 business days after its receipt. Therefore, if a request for a termination is received on the 15th and you are normally charged on the 16th your termination will not be successfully completed until 3 business days after the receipt and you will be charged for the month.
As a TLC4Superteams member using the TLC4Superteams website, you agree that you are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or make available via the TLC4Superteams website.
Dealings with Advertisers (Affiliates):
Your correspondence or business dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the TLC4Superteams website, including payment and delivery of related products or services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that TLC4Superteams shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the service.

Online Ordering & Shipping Terms & Agreements:
Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the next business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is processed.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipping & Handling:Canada
For all Canadian shipments, TLC4Superteams will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
TLC4Superteams will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. TLC4Superteams will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order.
Returns & Refunds Terms & Agreements:
Products purchased from Hot Products on the TLC4Superteams web site or from headquarters, may be returned for a full refund (minus S&H) within two (2) weeks from the purchased date if product(s) is/are in its original shrink wrap. If product is returned 15-90 days from purchase date a 25% re-stocking fee will be incurred. If products(s) is/are returned damaged, missing parts or after 90 days there will be a zero refund for the products(s). If returning an open resalable products, within the allotted time, we will refund you the cost of products minus S&H and 25% restocking fee.
If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to that card within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your product/s. If you paid by check, we will mail you a refund check within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your product(s).
