During this time, not only did I grow to be non-dependent with insurance, but I have also increased my dollar visit average, increased my office visits, and decreased my hours spent in the office while enhancing my patient's descriptions of their quality of care. When I say it is 'all good' I really mean it is all good!"

Dear Dean and Jen,
I had a 15% increase this year in visits and income from last year, and am looking forward to more prosperity in 2007 with TLC by my side. Of course, prosperity is not just in the numbers, it's also in the deeper personal development of oneself, along with the meaningful relationships and caring friendships we form along the path of our lives. This I have found not just with the both of you, but with others that I have met and connected with in the TLC family. It is a richness that you can't put a dollar value on. Hey Dean,
I just have to thank you! I was at a seminar today for license renewal and this Chiropractor from New Jersey expressed how people are hesitant or don't want to pay the five dollar copay for an adjustment, but they will pay $30.00 for a detoxifying bath for their feet. I was so appalled I stated out loud what patients don't want to pay for an adjustment? As I was driving home I had the AHA moment. I used to have this type of limiting mindset but since I have embraced coaching that thought process is a thing of the past.
