EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Seminars, Boot Camps and Regionals:

Registrations received within 7 days of seminar date will be subject to a $79 per practice fee

TLC members will receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if they cancel at any point before the seminar.

Refunds (minus processing fees) for luncheons to TLC members, visitors or exhibitors are only made within 5 days of the event.

Visiting drs receive a full credit toward the next seminar, this credit is not refundable and must be used by the next seminar. It may not be transferrable past the next seminar.

Leadership Camps/Intensives:

Registrations received within 14 days of event will be subject to a $99 per practice late registration fee.

TLC members will receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if they cancel more than 14 days before the leadership camp or intensive.

Anyone cancelling less than 14 days before the leadership camp or intensive receive a $225 refund per person up to 4 persons and $175 refund for persons 5 and above.

Processing fees or Registration cancellation fees, which ever is greater:
$0-$99 - $10 charge
$100-$499 - $25 charge
$500-$999 - $35 charge
$1000 and up - $45 charge
