	The 4 Cornerstones Cornerstones are the first of the 4 TLC 12 Core Proficiencies. They are always delivered in this order: Promotions & Marketing, NP/NPR, Team Driven Practice and Balance & Prosperity. Weekly trainings on the Cornerstones of a healthy practice. Take the guesswork out of building a strong practice. Train with your CAs on a powerful call that will leave you with action steps to implement.
	Cornerstone # 1 Promotions & Marketing Promotions & Marketing is the first because your 1st response is to check as many people as possible in your lifetime. Put the truth out and the new patients will follow.
	Cornerstone # 2 NP/NPR Train to convert more and retain them all. Consistent training on procedures that will ensure your growth is the key. More educated patients who stay, pay and refer, is the way to make sure you decrease stress in practice.
	Cornerstone # 3 Team Driven Practice You can't do it alone. Build the team that will grow your practice. CAs listen to this call WITH YOU. Drs. & CAs together. The highest levels of success in any endeavor is never achieved alone.
	Cornerstone # 4 Balance & Prosperity Your practice life will never be more successful, prosperous, fit, efficient and fun than your personal life. You can never grow a big practice without growing a big life and lifetime employees are not natural. For many the leadership skills necessary to bring a team together and raise up careers.You can have it all! Engage in the Cornerstone calls so you can engage the relationships in addition to the content.
	The 26 Week Training Manual (26WTM) Consistently receive everything you need technically and behaviorally to raise up your invidual skills and the team driven practice of your dreams. It is perfectly organized and simplified 6 month cycle. All the 4 cornerstones, the 12 core proficiencies... everything form hello with a new patient on the telephone to ongoing years of wellness care are addressed. 	Philosophy & Science The more philosophically strong a chiropractor is the more new patients he/she will bring in and the longer those patients stay, pay and refer.
