| How much does our coaching cost? |

| As BJ said, the adjustment is free, our principles are what we get paid for. And in coaching we at TLC hold the same view. What you are paying for in our coaching are the rich principles behind all the procedures, the WHYS to do what we do in practice. We often know what to do. Getting us to do what we need to do is most often the biggest issue. Our coaching balances the systems and procedures as well as the whys! In TLC, you pay for the accountability, for the personal attention to your specific practice needs and growth and to make sure that you achieve what you set out to achieve. |

| How long do I have to sign up for? |
|
| You stay a member of TLC as long as it serves you and you desire to be part of this coaching system. It is a continually evolving and growing coaching system, just like you and your practice should be. We not only strive for change we achieve it. What we find is that our members view coaching as part of their life. It is a decision to find an honorable coach with whom you believe you can trust and grow with and then the decision is made. The process has begun and now the fun of growth occurs. In TLC, we don’t bind you with contracts. We don’t believe that you should be one minute in a place where your heart does not feel like you are best being served. |

| Can I just attend seminars? |
|
YES, absolutely. We have seminar attendees who are not receiving TLC coaching. TLC seminars are SUPER seminars. We bring together the fruits of years of training and experience on topics such as new patient promotion and marketing, new patient processing Days 1 and 2, team driven practice growth, and leadership and prosperity at our SUPER seminars.
You will grow immensely from the seminars and so will your whole team. You will experience the unique TLC blend of science and philosophy and will be empowered by our unique What is Great in Chiropractic class which gives you current research to go back to your practice excited about. |

| You will never feel pressure at TLC to sign up. We want you to do what is in your heart and draws you to be with TLC. If signing up is what is right for you then we will encourage you to do it now and not delay. If you are unsure then we will be here when you are ready. We are not going anywhere. |

| YES, Running a cash practice is a lot of fun and TLC will definitely show you how it can be done legally and with very little stress. There is no one right way to run a practice and especially not to run a financial office. If 100% cash is your thing then TLC will help you to achieve that goal. TLC has invested in the best legal consultants to advise us so that you can do this kind of practice with ease and reassurance. |

| If I want to improve my coding and compliance can I at TLC? |

| YES. Coding and compliance is not an issue that we at TLC shy away from. We welcome the knowledge of running a compliant office and have no fear about audits and welcome anyone looking into the coding or billing we do in our offices. We are not trying to hide anything and we know how to grow big practices ethically, legally and prosperously. |

| Is there any focus on team and provision for team training at TLC? |

| YES. Building great teams is a cornerstone of TLC coaching. From the initial assessment inclusion of the CAs and spouses, to the monthly teleconferences, to weekly PEARLS, or lessons on practical trainings on the weekly training topic outlined in advance, to the CA chiropractic philosophy, script training and specialty classes at the 4 SUPER seminars yearly, TLC puts their heart into developing your teams. Our lines of communication are always open to the CAs and spouses and we realize the critical importance these people have in contributing to the success of the practice. |
